Just Announced: Spring Training for Volunteer Helpline Advocates

Anyone interested or considering joining Caring Unlimited as a volunteer Helpline Advocate is invited to apply now for the upcoming training scheduled to begin early in April 2020.

Scheduling details are being finalized and will be announced as soon as they are available, but applications are currently being accepted for this free, comprehensive training required for all domestic violence Helpline Advocates throughout the state of Maine.

Upon completion of the training, Helpline shifts are selected by the volunteer according to their availability and preference. Shifts are completed from the volunteer’s home with the on call support of Caring Unlimited staff advocates at all times.
